Great Stay!
friendly staff central location
The breakfast offered many choices! The staff was so friendly and eager to help. I especially loved how close the location was to the Cathedral and SS Great Britain.

Superb Stay, A Truly Nice Experience!!!
breakfast selection effective air conditioning helpful staff perfect location
I must say, the location cannot be beat. The breakfast selection impressed me, it was extensive. The air conditioning in my room worked effectively. The temperature remained very comfortable. The staff assisted me with directions, their help was valuable.
I noticed some slight wear and tear on the hallway carpets. this did not affect my overall stay.

My room included a comfortable bed with premium bedding. The bathroom featured fluffy towels and high-end toiletries. The room size suited my needs perfectly, and it had blackout curtains. They ensured a good night's sleep.

cheap quality toilet paper outside noise
the breakfast was lovely with plenty of fresh food on offer.
The room was far from ideal. the noise from outside kept me awake most of the night, and earplugs didn't even help. i also found the toilet paper to be of cheap quality. It was like sandpaper!!!

great location helpful staff good breakfast
I appreciated the great location of the hotel. The hotel itself is in great condition! The staff at the 24/7 service desk was helpful. I found this to be an amazing option. Breakfast was available, too.
My bedroom was noisy. The double glazing seemed useless, and I could hear conversations. It made it difficult to sleep well.

The food was lovely, and the atmosphere felt inviting. It was nice to have several dining options available. The breakfast had plentiful options, including a variety of hot and cold items. I was grateful for that. I recommend the grill restaurant for dinner. It was superb.

All staff members were attentive and friendly. I really appreciated their professionalism. Katie was particularly helpful when I needed assistance. I was impressed. The check-in process was smooth. I was glad for that.

The hotel offers spacious rooms, and quality is evident throughout the facilities. The hotel was spotlessly clean. I was grateful. Parking was conveniently located next door.
